Don't you just hate it when you come up to a shop,wanting to buy your breakfast and when you told the auntie, "2 red bean and 1 cheese" and she replied, "Soya bean?" . Don't you just hate it when you asked her to put it into 2 seperate plastic bags,but she put each one in a bag instead? And don't you just hate it when you asked how much,and she reply to you in mandarin and you have no clue what she had just said?

I have one question that no one seems to have the answers to it. WHY DO PEOPLE EMPLOY NON-SPEAKING ENGLISH WORKER AT THE CASH REGISTER OR AT THE FOOD COUNTER OR EVEN AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HOTLINE?
