ok..i didnt whore it out yet.but im gonna.right now.

I SUCCESSFULLY COOKED A DISH ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT AND IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF CUZ NOW,IM READY TO GET MARRIED!

the nite before,i was already browsing through recipie books..decided to achieve something and do something new since im always free till august.hahaha.
so i was flipping2..and fell asleep,with a vision of me in the kitchen the next morning..

and wat a good timing.cuz mom didnt cook anything at all! so it was my call.hahaa
told didi about it.Ayam masak Bali was the dish..haha..i was damn excited lah.

and den,i started searching for stuffs in the kitchen which i didnt know exist.And i was calling out to my dad asking,"abah! kalau nak blend bende,takyah potong kecik2 kan?potong kasar2 je kan?" , "abah! halia kat mana?", "abah! buah keras tu aper?"

"buah keras tu.buah peleh abg kau!"
HAHAAHHA!
kiwak..MCM SIAK seh reply..

and then i called my mom,asking if she have this and that in the kitchen.and she didnt. so i wrote on a list of things to buy.plus the baking stuffs.

met Didi Dodo.I was 10 mins late.chill ar babe..it was only 10 mins.. ooh ..somebody was pms-ing real bad..

the stuffs were heavy.den the feeling2 raya came in..hahaha

and we continued doing our stuffs in the kitchen.it was funny cuz i never like frying stuffs. i just hate frying chicken especially.

but dad gave me some insights on how to do it right..aww..haa...bla bla..

the funny part came when i had to put in the pandan leaves into the hot oil..aku punya pandai.. i didnt dry the leaves before putting in.so once it was in... "DIDI!!! HOW!! HELP!!!! DIDI DIDI!!!!"

they were having a massive fireworks party in the wok lah sia! hahaha!!
and didi help me put in the bahan2 yang dah ditumis.hahaha!

and it spilled.

i swear we are bad cooks siak.

but but..the fireworks subsided and i continued with the rest while she carried on with the cookies.

and and i noticed something about the mixture in the bowl..
"di..where's the hazelnuts?"

"oh its inside already."

???!!

erm.. you're suppose to crush them before putting them in..

"oh wat fuck!! i didnt know! omg!! how!?"

let it be.. lah..hahaha.....

horrible right?

and then..the smell starts coming in..it was sooo fragrant.. i swear i was smiling every moment of it..

and once it was done,i gave some didi and asked her for the verdict..

"omg...its nice.. damn nice.. Good job Tsue!! omg! its so nice.."
